We are an outsourced Marketing Partner founded to solve a problem we see repeatedly: businesses investing in marketing activity without seeing clear commercial impact. 

Too often, strategy lives in decks, execution happens in silos, and growth stalls somewhere in between. Franca & Busch exists to close that gap.

Since the early days of our careers at VYNF Studio in Berlin in 2012, our combined entrepreneurship and creative productivity have led us to multiple successful business ventures. Over a decade and numerous clients later, we remain passionate and focused on continuously overcoming commercial challenges and offering creative solutions.

Franca Bradshaw

Director

Franca Bradshaw brings 15 years of experience in commercial marketing and advertising. Working across multiple agencies, consultancies, and in-house management roles, she’s highly skilled in strategy, automation, commercial performance, and high-scale project management.

 

Past clients include - but are not limited to Elle Magazine, TEB Paribas, Bikini Berlin, Emporium Melbourne, Vicinity Centres, Mandurah Forum, Life-Space Probiotics, Broken Hill Credit Union, RMIT, Swinburne Online, The Bar Counter, The Original Juice Co., Redbull Air Race London, Adidas, Fleetwood Building Solutions, Tradelink, Bowens and AGL.

Bernardo Avilés-Busch

Creative Director

Bernardo Avilés-Busch has diverse work experience in the creative industry. He started his career as a Photographer in 2015 and later worked as a Product Designer for Jin Kuramoto in Tokyo in 2017. In 2018, Bernardo worked as a Concept Developer for a medical app, AudioGait funded by the Tech Accelerator DesignFarmBerlin. Bernardo joined Universal Music Group in 2022 as a Director and Creative Director.

 

He’s worked with the likes of: Universal Music, Nike, Majestic Casual, Otto Bock, HEIMAT Club, ARS Electronica Center, Lodown Magazine, Arts School Berlin Weißensee, Felmo, Life Space Probiotics.
